We accept returns within 7 days of purchase only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective

  • A wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • The original purchase bill/receipt is provided

⚠️ Used items are not eligible for return or replacement.

2. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items may be replaced if they are unused and meet the return conditions mentioned above.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

3. Change of Mind

  • Returns or replacements due to change of mind are not acceptable.

  • Please ensure you review product details carefully before making a purchase.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only after verification of a valid return.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method/account used at the time of purchase.

  • Refund processing may take up to 30 working days.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from returns or refunds will be resolved mutually and amicably.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be taken to court.
